Science Week Journey Sticks

During science week, Year 1 created their own journey sticks. First we went on a journey around our school grounds. We spotted lots of interesting things and found many different objects. Back in the classroom we attached the objects that we had found and coloured wool/ribbon to our journey sticks to remind us of the things we saw. After that we orally told our journeys using time adverbials and adjectives. Finally we wrote our journeys down and performed them to the rest of the class.
